Acceptable Use Policy
What is and is not allowed on KlasPoint, for centres, staff and students.
Last updated
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses KlasPoint, and to everything uploaded or sent through it, including the WhatsApp assistant.
You must not
- Upload or share anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy — for example, a textbook or course pack you do not have the right to distribute.
- Sell, share or promise leaked or live examination questions, or otherwise help anyone commit examination malpractice.
- Harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone, or share sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Impersonate a person, school or organisation, or mislead students about who you are, what you offer or what they will pay.
- Send spam or unwanted bulk messages through announcements, contact forms or WhatsApp.
- Access, or try to access, accounts, centres or data you are not entitled to, or share your account with others.
- Probe, scan or test the platform's security, or try to bypass payment, exam or access controls, without our written permission.
- Overload the service, scrape it, or use bots to interact with it, except through features we provide for that purpose.
- Upload malware, or use KlasPoint to collect payments for anything other than genuine teaching and learning services.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it first.
Reporting a problem
To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, or a security issue you have found, email hello@klaspoint.com. If you report a security issue in good faith and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else, we will not take action against you for the report.
