Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee or monthly subscription?
No. KlasPoint charges nothing to set up and nothing each month. The only charge is the platform fee on successful student payments.
What is the KlasPoint platform fee?
A percentage of each successful student payment: 5% on Starter and 8% on Pro.
Who pays the platform fee, my centre or the student?
You choose. The fee can come out of your listed price, or be added on top at checkout so you receive your full price.
Can I switch between Starter and Pro?
Yes. The owner can change plan in Settings at any time, and the change takes effect immediately.
Do free classes cost anything?
No. Content and events that do not require payment stay free, and no fee applies when no payment is made.
Is KlasPoint free for university lecturers?
Yes. KlasPoint for Lecturers is a free, ad-supported plan that costs nothing for lecturers or their students.
