What is student portal in KlasPoint?
The KlasPoint student portal is the signed-in space where a tutorial centre's students learn and manage their enrolment. It is branded to the centre and shows each student the classes they have joined, with paid content available according to their payment.
Included on every plan. Quizzes, assignments, mock exams and special classes appear in the portal on Pro.

Do students need to download an app?
No. The student portal is a website that works in any modern phone or computer browser.
Can one student attend more than one tutorial centre?
Yes. One KlasPoint account works across centres, and each centre's portal shows that centre's classes.
What happens when a student's payment runs out?
Paid content locks and the portal shows them how to renew. Their account, history and progress stay intact.
Can I stop students sharing one account?
Yes. You can restrict each student account to one device at a time. Students can move to a new device themselves a limited number of times, and accounts that keep switching are flagged on your Students page.
