  1. New feature

    An Admin role for centres with a hands-off owner

    Owners can now appoint Admins who run the centre day to day without being able to change where the money goes.

    • Admins can manage students, fees and payment plans, the public website, branding, website enquiries and teachers.
    • Only an owner can change the payout account, the KlasPoint plan, or appoint and remove owners and admins.
    • These limits are enforced in the database, not only hidden in the dashboard.

  2. New feature

    Reports with CSV export

    A new Reports area covers money, students, learning and engagement, with every report exportable to CSV.

    • Revenue and outstanding fees reports for owners.
    • Enrolments, attendance by student and by session, mock exam and quiz results, assignments, points and event registrations.
    • Filter any report by period and class, and download exactly what is on screen.

  3. New feature

    Invite your team with staff roles

    Owners can invite teachers by email and see exactly what each role can reach.

    • Invitations create an account and email a link to set a password.
    • Teachers get teaching tools without access to fees, payouts or settings.
    • A permissions table on the Team page shows each role's access.

  4. Improvement

    Reset your password from the login page

    Anyone who forgets their password can now request a reset link by email, and change it from their settings.

    • Reset links are single-use.
    • Changing a password while signed in asks for the current one first.
    • The same password rules now apply at sign-up, reset and change.

  5. Improvement

    XP is now called points

    The engagement system now uses plain language: students earn points and reach levels.

    • The way points are earned has not changed.
    • The WhatsApp assistant now talks about points too.
