What is learning management in KlasPoint?
KlasPoint learning management is the part of the platform tutorial centres use to deliver course content online: lessons, learning materials, quizzes and assignments, organised by class and available to the students who have access.
Lessons and learning materials are on every plan. Quizzes and assignments are part of Pro.
The problem
Your teaching lives in too many places.
- Notes, past questions and recordings are spread across WhatsApp, shared drives and personal phones.
- Students skip ahead, miss the foundations and fall behind.
- Collecting and marking homework on paper or in chats is slow and easy to lose.
How KlasPoint solves it
Structured content, delivered on your terms.
Everything you teach is organised under the class it belongs to and follows the same access rules as payment. You decide when material becomes visible and whether lessons must be completed in sequence, so the platform supports the way you already teach.
Lessons with notes and video
Write lesson notes and attach a video. Students mark each lesson complete as they go.
Free or sequential paths
Let students move freely, or lock each lesson until the one before it is complete and its required quiz is passed or assignment submitted.
Learning materials
Upload PDFs, documents, slides, spreadsheets, images, audio and video, or add a link for very large files hosted elsewhere.
Scheduled release
Set a date for materials to appear, so a term's notes can arrive week by week.
Quizzes
Short practice quizzes, with the option to allow retakes.
Assignments
Set work with a due date, collect submissions, and return grades with written feedback.
How it works
Learning management in 4 steps
- 1
Create lessons
Add notes and video for each topic in a class.
- 2
Add materials
Upload files and choose when each becomes available.
- 3
Set practice
Add quizzes and assignments, and link them to lessons as gates if you want.
- 4
Track completion
Review submissions, grades and lesson progress.

FAQ
Questions about learning management
More answers in the KlasPoint FAQ.
What file types can I upload as learning materials?
PDFs, Word documents, text files, slides, spreadsheets, images, audio and video. Very large videos can be added as a link instead.
Can I release notes gradually through the term?
Yes. Give a material an available-from date and students see it from that date onwards.
Can lessons be restricted to students who have paid?
Yes. A lesson can require an active payment, so only students with access to the class can open it.
Can the WhatsApp assistant answer questions from my notes?
Yes. The assistant can search the materials you upload to help students with study questions.
