Exams and assessment
Timed CBT mock exams your students can sit from anywhere.
Build questions, set a mock with a time limit and an opening window, and publish it to a class. Students sit it on a computer-based test screen, objective questions are marked for you, and you see the results as attempts come in.

What is exams and assessment in KlasPoint?
KlasPoint exams is a computer-based testing (CBT) tool for tutorial centres. It lets centres run timed mock exams and quizzes online, with a question bank, AI question generation, shuffled papers and automatic marking of objective questions.
Mock CBT exams and quizzes are part of the Pro plan.
The problem
Students need practice that feels like the real exam.
- Many students meet a computer-based test for the first time on exam day.
- Setting, printing and marking paper mocks takes hours for every class.
- Without scores over time, it is hard to tell who is ready and who needs help.
How KlasPoint solves it
Practice under exam conditions, marked for you.
Mock exams in KlasPoint are timed, open and close at the times you set, and can be limited to students with access to the class. Questions can be served in a shuffled order or drawn at random from a larger bank, so papers differ between students, and objective questions are marked the moment a student submits.
Four question types
Multiple choice, true or false, fill-in-the-gap and theory questions, in one paper or on their own.
Question bank
Keep a bank of questions and let each attempt draw its own selection from it.
AI question generation
Generate questions on a topic in any of the four formats straight into a draft mock, then remove any you do not want before you publish.
Timed, windowed attempts
Set a duration and opening and closing times, so the paper is only available when you intend.
Shuffled papers
Shuffle question order, or serve each student a random set drawn from a larger bank.
Automatic marking
Objective questions are marked on submission, and theory answers are kept with the attempt for review.
Results and reports
See every attempt and score, export results, and show students where they stand on the exam leaderboard.

FAQ
Questions about exams and assessment
More answers in the KlasPoint FAQ.
Can I use KlasPoint for JAMB-style CBT practice?
KlasPoint lets you run timed, computer-based mock exams with objective questions, the format many Nigerian standardised exams use. You provide or generate the questions; KlasPoint is not affiliated with any examination body.
How are theory questions marked?
Objective questions are marked automatically when a student submits. Theory answers are saved with the attempt so they can be reviewed.
How do I stop students from sharing answers during a mock?
Shuffle the questions, or give each student a random set drawn from a larger bank, so papers differ from student to student.
Are AI-generated questions published automatically?
No. Generated questions go into a draft mock. Students only see them once you publish, and you can remove any question before then.
