Common questions
Can someone else run my tutorial centre on KlasPoint while I am away?
Yes. Give them the Admin role. Admins can manage students, fees, plans, the website and teachers, but only an owner can change the payout account, the KlasPoint plan or who the owners and admins are.
How do I see which students owe fees?
Open the outstanding fees report, which lists students who have never paid or whose plan has lapsed, longest overdue first. You can also ask the business copilot.
How quickly do I receive payments?
Your share of each successful payment is split out through Flutterwave to the bank account you verified. Settlement timing follows Flutterwave's payout schedule.
