Set up
An afternoon of setup, done once.
Step 1: Create your tutorial centre
Sign up and name your centre. This is the brand your students will see on your website and portal.
Create an accountStep 2: Set up your brand
Upload your logo, choose your colours and shape your website's pages from ready-made sections.

Add the class groups students enrol in, and the subjects inside each one.

Add plans with an amount and a period, and verify the bank account your share is settled to.

Step 5: Students join
Share your KlasPoint link. Students sign up from your website or straight from a class page.

They choose a plan and pay through Flutterwave's checkout. KlasPoint verifies the payment before recording it.
How payments workStep 7: Access unlocks automatically
The class opens in their portal for the period they paid for, and pauses when it ends until they renew.

Day to day, the platform does the admin.
Step 8: Teach and manage learning
Publish lessons with notes and video, release materials on a schedule, and set quizzes, assignments and CBT mocks.

Getting started questions
How do I get started with KlasPoint?
Create an account, name your tutorial centre, add your brand, set up payouts, then create your classes and payment plans. Share your KlasPoint link and students can join.
How it worksIs there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. The owner can switch between Starter and Pro in Settings, and the change takes effect immediately.
Is KlasPoint free for university lecturers?
Yes. KlasPoint for Lecturers is free and ad-supported. It requires an institutional email address, and new accounts are reviewed before their website goes public.
